Séamus Boyce continues an innovative, time/cost-efficient approach to Professional Development while being responsive to the current requirement for e-learning and social distancing. In addition to individualized engagements with organizations and coalitions, we offer a recorded series providing in-depth legislative debrief covering all the bills that passed out of session with a focus on practical impact on education. The current series also weaves in the newly-released Title IX regulations effective in August, ever-evolving COVID-19 impacts and other trending topics. Each episode contains a checklist of action items stemming from the content covered in each episode.
The episode breakdown is below.
The recordings are under an hour per episode. In conjunction with the recordings, I also offered weekly eOffice Hours. The eOffice Hours are via video conference for about an hour and can be used for discussion related to legislation and education law trends. There are recorded conversations for guests in coordination with the eOffice Hours sessions.
All registrants get access to the recorded video episode, audio-only versions that can be used to serve as podcasts, accompanying handouts for each episode and the recorded eOffice Hour guest conversations.
Professional Growth Point materials for LVIS upload are provided and Continuing Legal Education accreditation is being sought.
