Our commercial transaction attorneys represent community and money center banks, finance companies, and other lending institutions in drafting and negotiating complex, multi-bank and multi-state lending transactions.

Our attorneys have negotiated, documented, and closed highly leveraged financings involving complex negotiations with equity and mezzanine parties, as well as more traditional working capital and capital expenditures financings.

Underwriters in municipal finance transactions, real estate lenders in land development and construction loans, and asset based lenders (including warehouse lines of credit, bond, and letter of credit financing), all have relied on KGR attorneys to protect their interests. We recognize that a deal is only properly documented if our client's collateral is also properly secured and we have the experience to properly securitize your transaction pursuant to the UCC and other applicable statutes.

Of course we are well versed in regulatory practice and are prepared to provide you support in interpreting and implementing the Regulations of the Federal Reserve Board and the requirements of state law pertaining to financial institutions.
