Recent Cases of Interest:: A judgment obtained by John Petr on behalf of a commercial lender against a corporate guarantor in the trial court was unanimously affirmed by the Indiana Court of Appeals. In the "For Publication" Opinion rendered on March 27, 2009 in Richard Moore vs. Wells Fargo Construction, the Court dealt with issues concerning commercially reasonable sales of collateral and notices of sale.
