Madalyn S. Kinsey is a partner with Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP focusing her practice in the representation of financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, real estate financings, and bank regulatory matters, as well as real estate developers in the construction, acquisition,and management of real estate projects, and business entities in complex financings and joint ventures. She is also involved in creditor's rights and bankruptcy matters. Before joining the firm, Madalyn held the position of Vice President, Senior Counsel, and Manager in the Legal Department of Bank One, N.A. (now JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.). Ms. Kinsey also was Senior Counsel with Bank of America in Chicago and in their former headquarters office in San Francisco and has been in private practice in both Chicago and Indianapolis.
