Mark J. Colucci is a Partner with Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP. Mr. Colucci received his law degree from Indiana University (magna cum laude, 1995) where he was a member of the Indiana University Law Review. He is a member of the ABA Business Law Section, American Health Lawyers Association, Indiana Bar Association, Indiana Bar Employment Law Section and Indianapolis Bar Association. Mr. Colucci is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Mr. Colucci counsels health practitioners and corporate clients throughout the United States and Indiana. He advises clients as outside general counsel on business organization and governance, business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare transactions.

Mr. Colucci has been a guest speaker with the Indianapolis Bar Association on business transaction matters. In addition to his law practice, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Law School (Indianapolis) teaching legal analysis, research and writing. Mr. Colucci teaches at College Park Church in Indianapolis, Indiana where he is a former Elder. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Master's Study, Inc., a classical arts school headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Colucci served in several political roles in Washington D.C. for then Congressman Newt Gingrich and former Undersecretary of State and Deputy United Nations Ambassador Alan Keyes. Mr. Colucci was born in Utica, New York.
