Mr. Cafouros has been practicing environmental and construction law since 1978, defending environmental enforcement actions, prosecuting and defending toxic tort claims, assisting industries and municipalities in environmental permitting, and mediating a broad range of environmental disputes. As a registered engineer, he often coordinates the activities of owners and their engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to both construction problems and environmental disputes.
