Mr. Cafouros has been practicing environmental and construction law since 1978. In his construction law practice, he represents architects, engineers, contractors, owners and lenders in litigation and alternative dispute resolution of design and construction disputes.

In the environmental arena, Mr. Cafouros is actively engaged in defending environmental enforcement actions, prosecuting and defending toxic tort claims, assisting industries and municipalities in environmental permitting, and mediating a broad range of environmental disputes.

As a registered engineer, he often coordinates the activities of owners and their engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to both construction problems and environmental disputes.
