Linda M. Batten received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis with a Health Law Concentration in May of 2005. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Indiana Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association. Mrs. Batten is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Mrs. Batten has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry as compliance advisor for Medicaid managed care at Well Point, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana's Medical Licensing Division, and HIPAA Privacy Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer at Fairbanks Hospital in Indianapolis. She is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and Business Transactions Group and concentrates her practice in fraud and abuse issues, healthcare compliance and regulatory matters, and business transactions.
